Why is it that some people thrive when the going gets tough while others cave in?

Whether it is chairing a difficult meeting, making an important sales call, dealing with a difficult customer or handling an under-performing employee, these situations can add tremendous pressure to our daily work.
Pressure is a double edged sword: it can help us raise our game, if we know how to manage it; it can also overwhelm us if we don’t have the tools to know how to respond to it.
Doing the simple things well
The Gazing approach to optimising performance is all about doing the simple things exceptionally well. But, in the incredibly complex environment that is the human mind, such "simplicity" is anything but simple to achieve.

We don't call what we do training - which, for us, implies something of finite duration and, in most cases, limited practical usefulness.
