Ghada MakaremMaster Trainer(BSc Hons), MEd (High Hons.) joined Gazing Performance 3 years ago as a full-time performance partner after a 10-year tenure in education management and services in the UAE. Ghada is an accredited human performance master trainer and train the trainer specialist with several years experience in designing and implementing functional training to various university constituents. Ghada’s previous roles include managerial roles within graduate institutions, coaching and mentoring, project management, as well as design and implementation of functional training initiatives. As Head Registrar at the American University in Dubai, Ghada’s responsibilities included the formulation and institution of strategies that are compliant with American and international education accreditation processes and compliance, managing the office of the Registrar, and setting the processes and procedures to continuously streamline student registration. She was also responsible for database administration and student advisors mentoring and training. Ghada’s work in Gazing includes business development support, due diligence consultancy work, programme development and adaptation, and the delivery of sales, management and leadership, account management and service training to teams and organisations as well as facilitation of follow up implementation sessions. Clients include Xerox, Nestle, JCCI and Beiersdorf, Nivea and Avis. |

Kris MortonBusiness Development Manager(BA Hons.) is a human performance specialist with several years of experience in learning and development with blue chip multinational corporations, SME’s and private individuals. Kris is also a Sales specialist and Professional Speaker. Kris has amassed over 15 years experience in sales in the UK working on a variety of business development, account management and leadership roles, Including Strategic Account Director of a Global Telecommunications Provider where he delivered over £130m of contracted revenue whilst leading and coaching a team of over 20 people from all sections of the organisation. Kris has managed, trained and coached employees from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, project/programme management, operations, product management, IT, service delivery and customer service. In addition to his Corporate experience Kris has also completed leading performance improvement and behavioural change programmes including: • Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching • Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching • Licensed NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Kris currently runs business development for Gazing and delivers training and performance coaching in Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Management and Leadership. |
